It is my goal to educate my readers on the philosophies, goals and the meaning of Naturopathic Medicine.

I come from the east coat of Canada and now reside on the left side of Canada in Vancouver, BC.

I obtained My B.Sc from Mount Allison University (rated the #1 university again this year in McLeans magazine) in Sackville, NB where I played varsity soccer, was a teaching assistant and grew immensely as a person.

I have worked as a chemical analyst for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, a model, an actress, a nutraceuticals sales rep, a clinical research scientist, a product development scientist and a server.

I’m into the brain, lifting weights, buying shoes, changing my hair and enjoying a bevy in the sun.

I believe that health is not a collection of symptoms, which lead to a diagnosis and a prescription. To heal someone is to treat the entirety of their humanity.

The mind, spirit, physical scars, relationships, emotions, personality and all that is life contributes to the health of a patient.

I dream big.  I want to be great at what I do and aspire to be a leading expert in the field of naturopathic medicine. I want to heal and expand the health of as many people as I can and I hope that one of them is you!
